Testimonials and feedback from our previous guests

If you have stayed in our home in the past we would love you to leave us a kind review on Tripadvisor.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.  It was fantastic, great location, views and access to beach, shops and restaurants.

The children thoroughly enjoyed their stay and there were tears the night before leaving as they didn't want to pack to go hame.

Thank you once again and hope you continue to rent your lovely home

Thank you! Gracias! Merci!

We have had a wonderfully peaceful stay.... thank you!  We have chilled out in the sunny garden and along the strand, enjoyeed coffee on rainy mornings above the paper shop, ate delicious food at the posh brasserie on the corner, and of course, supped some beer in the Anchor!!

What a wonderful house to relax in!

What a glorious week! :) The sun shone all week, after I had packed some woolies for the snow the previous week!

The house is beautiful and thoughtfully equipped, and what a location!  I especially loved the view of the Dominican.

Everyone with children should visit the strand, beautiful as ever!

Thanks you so much

My wife and I, along with our 2 children had a lovely time this house in Portstewart. The house has been tastefully modernised and the owners have managed to retain the original character of the house.
Furniture and fittings are of superb quality and the kitchen has everything you would expect of a modern kitchen. The bathroom excelled in having a large bath to relax in if you desire and a shower cubicle to allow for an invigorating shower as an alternative to bathing. A second toilet on the ground floor helps in those moments when some one else needs the loo.
Superb views from the front rooms across the sea with magnificent sunsets gets eveyone running for a camera to take photos as no two sunsets are the same. At the rear a private garden with a large lawned area invites lots of fun games and there is a patio with BBQ. Watch out for the sunburn!
A short walk in one direction takes you into the delightful town with lots of shops and restaurants to cater for all ages. There is wonderfully organised play area with a variety of inflatable bouncy castle type play equipment along with climbing frames etc for children of all ages.
If you prefer to relax on the beach then take a short walk in the other direction from the house where you will find beaches to relax on and rock pools to investigate.
A very short drive of a couple of minutes takes you a National Trust beach with drive on access where there are literally miles of beach to drive on, find a spot, park up and spend the day surfing, paddling, picnicking, snoozing, anything you would wish to do for all the family.
I haven't even mentioned the pitch and putt, 9 hole and many 18 hole golf courses that are all within a few minutes drive frim the house.
All in all a wonderfull place to stay in a fantastic location
We will be booking again!

Great house, in great location.  Used the house as a base for a golfing weekend with 3 friends, found the house and location to be excellent for exploring the coast of northern Ireland. Around an hours easy drive from Belfast airport. Enjoyed a great view across the strand when we arrived, followed by a few pints of Guinness in the Ship (less than 3 mins walk at the end of the road) on the Friday evening. Saturday had great weather again, and enjoyed a round of golf at the nearby portstewart course. Saturday night we took advantage again of the ship, but took it easy and enjoyed the houses dvd collection . Sunday, another round of golf, this time at Royal Portrush, followed by a nice dinner in one of the restaurants in portstewart, again only a short walk away. Left early on Monday am to catch a plane, after having a great weekend in beautiful location, everyone agreed that the house was perfect, and had a high class, yet homely finish. Would recommend to everyone looking for a great place to stay.

Fabulous house with plenty to do.  Perfect for the red sails events.  Fireworks were spectacular.  Couldn't ask for anything better.  A great break would definately recommend.
